Brand Ambassador
Position Overview:
Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills that can assist a company that offers a simple and safe way to sell individuals used phones for instant cash. It is a non-human contact process with an advanced kiosk. The kiosks offer a secure process to safely sell used devices that only takes about 10 minutes to evaluate and cash in. The in-store representative (ISR) provides efficient and timely support to customers and partners by conducting regular store visits evaluating kiosk functionality and placement while assisting customers with transactions, acting as a brand ambassador, gathering feedback and insights, and communicating and building relationships with store managers and key team members in the community.
Pay Range: $26 per hour - $26 per hour

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Visit kiosk sites to evaluate kiosk placement, cleanliness of the machine, performance and record issues found and assist in resolving/troubleshooting of any issues. Conduct test transactions and other kiosk tests as needed to ensure the machine is operating properly.
- Establish key relationship with store management and work together on kiosk placement, performing in-store demos to store employees and educating them on the benefits of using the kiosk.
- Report on every point of in-store check list from basic maintenance of the kiosk to store traffic to concerns or issues from a customer and technical support. ISRs are the voice of the customer and the store in which the kiosk is located. All feedback provided through timely and accurate weekly/daily reporting.
- Perform customer-focused engagement events at stores or other locations on a regular basis, as determined by management.
- Maintain an awareness of site, kiosk, personal and driving safety, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
- Performing additional responsibilities and projects as directed by ISR leadership.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Must be motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must possess superior customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, store management, technical support agents and company leadership.
- Must possess superb organizational and time management skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have basic to intermediate understanding of computers and consumer electronics and possess basic software system aptitude and knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams required.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred for all candidates.
- 3-5 years of sales/customer service experience is required.
- Candidate must have and maintain an insured and reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must have the ability to store at 27-50 cubic feet of company merchandise such as boxes, replenishment materials and cleaning supplies within personal vehicle and residence.
- Candidates must pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Candidates must possess a smartphone.
- Flexible hours are required. Schedule is typically 40/hours per week with limited overtime.
- Candidate should be available to work some nights and weekends for special projects and/or customer engagement activities.
