-TEST- Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Full Time

If you are looking for a CAREER where you can be an integral part of the team, grow, and thrive, then this is the position for you. We are looking for high volume Recruiters to join our growing People Attraction team. In this role, you will learn how to use recruiting tools, find, and close candidates, and start building the skills to move to the next level!

Pay Range: $50000 per year - $50000 per year

T-ROC

Here are the details:

• Daily outreach is typically 40-50 phone calls, 50-100 texts, emails, etc. to current and passive candidates.
• You will focus on finding quality candidates and selling them on T-ROC as a career, not just a job!
• Every day will be different, you’ll be hiring people into different aspects of the retail world, from sales to assembly to merchandising.
• You’ll get to talk to people from all walks of life and, help to find the best position we have available for them in their geographic area.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience through consistent messaging that aligns with the T-ROC brand and core values.
• Be comfortable with fast-paced projected, deadlines, and last-minute project pushes. 

Here’s what you need to ROC this role:

• Strong customer service experience with effective communication skills, and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Proven experience in using out of the box thinking to close sales.
• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment.
• High level of energy, creativity, and independent thinking.
• High School or equivalent
• 1+ years in customer service and customer management tools
